We want to make sure our full setup and soundcheck are finished well before anyone gets there.
We've pre-filled 8:00 PM as a starting point. Working back from a typical midnight finish, choose the set format that suits your night.
This affects our load-in plan and power requirements. Please note: we are unable to set up on gravel or dirt. If the flooring is not stable, a stage will need to be arranged for the area.

We'll have a Spotify playlist running between our live sets and we provide a spare microphone for speeches. We also love taking requests — we can learn a song for you!
We need access to reliable power outlets. If the ceremony and reception are in separate spots, please let us know the power situation for both.
This helps us understand whether accommodation will be a factor for the band.
Given the venue is a fair distance away, we want to plan ahead. If accommodation isn't provided, that's absolutely fine — we can source our own and include it in the final quote.
We typically eat during a break in the set schedule — a simple vendor package is all we need.
